Force of habit

I figure if I just keep posting eventually I'll have something to post about. By then, hopefully, it will be a habit and I'll actually be good at this. I know most of you, well all of you, never read my blog but the more I put into this I think the more people will come to read it.

It should work.

So anyway, while I'm at it I'll try the same tactic with working out in the morning. If I just keep doing it, it will become habit and before I know it I'll be in shape. Hurrah.

So far I've ran/walked everyday for a week, and I'm starting to look forward to the next session. So I think I'm winning the war against my mind. So far. Now if only my legs would stop shooting horendous pain into my nerves I'd do great.
